Technician/Mechanic

Location: Albion, Crofton, and Neligh, NE
Full-Time
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various agricultural and small construction equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used, communicating it with customer and service advisors. Willing to train the right person. Around 45 hours a week and every other Saturday. A benefits package for all full-time employees includes health insurance (single or family), profit sharing, 401K, uniforms, and PTO time.

Parts Representative

Location: Crofton and Neligh, NE
Full-Time
This role includes identifying parts and providing technical support to both customers and internal departments. Must possess a high level of customer service, both in person and over the phone. Manage and maintain parts inventory, by checking and receiving parts in. Ensuring stock levels are adequate and warehouse is organized. Processing stock and specialty orders accurately. Keep good records of customer interactions and transactions. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Around 45 hours a week and every other Saturday.
